Prepare sequences for phylogenomic analyses

Last updated: 2018/12/01

In order to perform phylogenomic anaysis, one has to prepare the protein or cds sequences for each species in the concanetated or non-concatenated format. For the concatenated format, all the protein or cds sequences from a species are concatenated to form a "super gene" for further study. This module allow the uses to prepare the concatenated or non-concatenated sequences for further analyses.

The current release contains 198 genes that are reported from 3058 chloroplast genome.

At present time, the maximal numbers of species and genes are 10 and 80 respectively.
